【摘要】 近年来厂家为达到顾客过度追求内裤手感的需求,过度使用硅油柔顺剂,致使市场上内裤产品存在透湿、透气性差等不足之处。针对牛奶针织内裤面料进行亲水柔顺整理研究,探讨不同柔顺剂对针织内裤透湿、透热、透气、悬垂和毛细效应等服用性能的改善效果。测试结果表明:莫代尔/牛奶(85/15)织物和天丝/黏胶/牛奶(50/35/15)织物最佳柔顺整理剂分别为四合一亲水柔顺剂和三合一亲水柔顺剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,many companies used silicone soft agent on underwear products to meet the hand-feeling demand of customers. However,the silicone soft agent could cause poor air and moisture permeability. The hydrophilic soft agent finishing on the milk knitted underwear was researched,and the improvement of moisture permeability,heat permeability,air permeability,draping property and wicking property were discussed.The test results showed that modal / milk( 85 /15) fabric and Tencel / viscose / milk( 50 /35 /15) fabric had best finishing effect when they were treated with four-in-one hydrophilic soft agent and three-in-one hydrophilic soft agent.更多还原
