【摘要】 当前公共租赁住房在我国住房保障体系中占有着重要地位,但是在实际的供应过程中存在着诸多难题,如供应资金缺口大、供应土地稀缺等,严重影响了公共租赁住房的供应。为了解决我国公共租赁住房供应中面临的难题,同时结合我国的基本国情和供应对象的住房需求,对公共租赁住房供应体系中的各个环节如供应主体、供应来源、供应机制等进行了探析,初步构建了一个能多方面缓解当前公共租赁住房供应困境的供应体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, public rental housing plays a great strategic role in affordable housing system in China. However, the process of supplying public rental housing is slow down, for there are many obstacles need to be overcome, for instance, the shortage of money and land. In order to resolve these problems in some respects, also taking China’s fundamental realities and supply objective families into consideration, the paper establishes a public rental housing supply system preliminarily. In the system, the paper analyses all the elements of a housing provision system, including the housing providers, the housing resources and so on.更多还原
