草浆碱回收白泥碳酸钙应用性能分析
Application Performance of Non-wood Lime Mud as Paper Filler
【摘要】 对比分析了草浆碱回收白泥碳酸钙与商品沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)的基本物化特性及加填后对纸张烷基烯酮二聚物(AKD)施胶的影响。结果表明,草浆碱回收白泥碳酸钙与商品PCC的基本物化性质存在一定差异,白泥的纯度和白度低,而硅含量高;白泥碳酸钙粒径分布较宽,大颗粒粒子数量多;白泥无规则的晶体结构,比表面积和孔体积都大于商品PCC;白泥碳酸钙与PCC的留着率基本接近,加填白泥碳酸钙导致AKD施胶效率降低。
【Abstract】 Compared with commodity PCC,the basic properties and application performances of the lime mud were analyzed.The results shown that,there are some differences between lime mud and PCC.Compared to PCC,the purity and whiteness of non-wood lime mud is lower,but the content of silicon is higher.The wider and bigger particles are more than those of PCC.Non-wood lime mud has no regular crystal structure,and the specific surface area and pore volume are larger.The retention rate of lime mud is close to PCC.When the lime mud was used as paper filler,AKD sizing efficiency reduced.
