基于荧光光谱成像与聚类分析的鹿茸鉴别研究

【摘要】 提出应用荧光光谱成像技术对鹿茸饮片进行检测,以期为鹿茸真伪鉴别提供一种快速无损的检测方法。采用凝视式荧光光谱成像装置,对不同来源的13种鹿茸样品进行了荧光光谱成像分析,从各样品的光谱立方体中提取了其特征光谱曲线,并采用欧氏聚类分析方法对特征曲线进行解析。系统所用光源为中心波长254nm的窄带紫外光源,光谱分辨率为5nm,扫描范围为410~670nm,空间分辨率为4 000×4 000。光谱成像检测结果与作为对照实验的性状、显微鉴别结果一致,表明荧光光谱成像法可用于鹿茸的真伪鉴别,且方法简便和客观。

【Abstract】 Fluorescence spectral imaging is used to detect pilose antler pieces in this paper,in order to provide a fast and non-destructive method for the identification of pilose antler.Pilose antler standard is supplied by Guangdong Provincial Institute for drug control and 12pilose antler samples from different market sources are analyzed by the fluorescence spectral imaging employing the crystal liquid spectral imaging instrument.The spectral characteristic curves of pilose antler standard and 12samples are extracted from their spectral cubes,and the Euclidean clustering analysis method is used to analyze the curves for the identification of pilose antler samples.In the fluorescence spectral imaging system,the center wavelength of narrow band ultraviolet light source is 254nm,the spectral resolution is 5nm,the spectral range is from 410nm to 670nm,and the spatial resolution is 4000×4000.The testing results of the pilose antler samples using spectral imaging are consistent with the traditional characteristics and microscopic identification results.It shows that the fluorescence spectral imaging method can be used to identify the authenticity of pilose antler,and it is simpler and more objective.
