特高压变压器噪声源模型及仿真分析

【摘要】 准确评估特高压变电站内噪声水平需要合适的变压器声学模型。为此,在将变压器看作面声源的基础上,通过点声源与面声源的等效代替,最终将变压器等效为多个点声源,建立了相应的模型。该模型基于等效源法的思想,采用声功率级表示各等效点声源源强,等效过程方便简单,只需测量变压器附近少量场点的声压级,避免了近场声全息技术中的复杂计算。仿真计算结果显示:将面声源等效为多个点声源后的重建声场曲线与原平面声源产生的声场曲线基本一致。另外对1 000 kV变电站的仿真计算与实测数据的对比分析表明:结合提出的声学模型与点声源户外传播衰减,能较准确地预测变电站内任意点处噪声值,误差不超过1.5 dB。

【Abstract】 Accurately assessing the noise level in ultra-high voltage substation requires appropriate acoustic model transformers. Therefore, taking transformer as a planar source, which can be further taken as an array of point sources, we built an acoustic model comprised of point sources of the transformer. The model is based on equivalent source approach, and it realizes relatively easy measurement and calculation by using sound power level to represent the intensity of the equivalent sources. Since this model requires a limited number of sound level measurements around transformers, it successfully avoids the complex calculation of applying near-field acoustic holography. Simulations using the proposed model obtain a rebuilt sound field the same as the actual sound field. Moreover,we calculated the noise level of a 1 000 kV substation and compared the results to measured values. The results show that, by combining the proposed model with the outdoor point sound sources attenuation theory, it is able to determine the noise level at anywhere inside substations with errors less than 1.5 dB.
