椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作系统制作全瓷冠在后牙种植修复中的应用
Clinical application of all-ceramic crowns for implant prosthesis at the posterior region made by chairiside dental CAD / CAM system
【摘要】 目的探讨椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作系统制作全瓷冠在后牙种植修复的临床应用。方法选取30例后牙种植术后病例,使用椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作系统制作制作30个全瓷冠,术后即刻、3个月、6个月及1年对修复体各方面指标进行评价。结果 30个修复体1次戴牙成功率达100%,边缘适合性好,戴牙后1年仅1个修复体出现折裂,患者满意度高。结论椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作系统制作全瓷冠用于后牙种植义齿修复是可行的。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ceramic crowns in 30 cases for implant prosthesis fabricated with 3D CAD / CAM system. Methods Thirty patients with posterior implant were selected to accept the crowns prosthesis. All the 30 crowns were scanned and designed in 3D CAD / CAM system and milled out of porcelain blocks,and cemented with composite luting agents. The restorations were assessed after the operation,three months,six months and one year. Results All the 30 crowns were successfully cemented after fabrication and archived well margin fit. Only one of the 30 restorations failed during the observation period,and the satisfaction rate was high. Only one of the 30 restorations failed during the observation period. Conclusion The crowns fabricated with 3D chairiside dental CAD / CAM system could gain good result in implant prosthesis at posterior region.
