PLC在普洱熟茶生产车间温湿度控制中的应用

【摘要】 针对普洱茶生产车间环境温湿度随着季节及天气变化导致车间温湿度波动较大影响了普洱茶熟茶发酵品质的稳定以生产效率的问题,开发出一套以S7-300 PLC为核心的车间温湿度控制系统应用于普洱茶发酵生产车间中,为普洱茶发酵生产创造出了合适的温度和湿度。依据普洱熟茶生产所需条件,提出以S7-300 PLC为核心的控制系统总体方案,该系统分为上位机和下位机两部分,上位机负责存储采集的数据及实时显示数据,下位机主要负责采集各个传感器的信号及根据设定值自动调节车间温湿度,为普洱茶生产创造出适合发酵的人工小环境,从而提高了普洱茶熟茶的均匀发酵效率、缩短发酵周期。通过分析采集的数据,证明所开发的控制系统是有效的,为后期普洱熟茶生产品质的可控化和自动化提供了技术支持。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the volatility of Pu’er tea fermentation workshop environment temperature and humidity,improve the fermentation efficiency, a set of environmental temperature and humidity controlled intelligent system was developed to use in Pu’er tea fermentation workshop. According to the required conditions of Pu’er tea fermentation, the overall scheme of control system was put forward. On this base, the data acquisition part, the control part of the system, the temperature and humidity adjusting part were put forward. The system was used to automatically collect and control the environment of the workshop temperature and humidity, and it could control the workshop temperature and humidity better,improve the efficiency of the uniform fermentation, shorten the fermentation period. The experimental data showed that the intelligent control system was effective. This system provides technical support for the control and automation of Pu’er tea fermentation production quality.
