【摘要】 土地整理业务审批与监管是实现土地整理项目管理信息化的一个重要手段。以土地整理项目业务审批与监管系统为对象,从系统研制的背景和现实需求出发,分析土地整理项目管理的业务流程。根据土地整理项目管理业务实际工作中的用户需求即项目管理需求、项目统计需求和项目考核的需求,进行系统的结构和功能设计。对系统中重要功能模块的操作界面进行了介绍,从而验证系统实现的科学性和合理性,最后介绍了系统的创新点和特色。结果表明,该土地整理项目管理信息系统能实现土地整理项目管理信息化、提高了项目管理效率和科学化水平,便于进行全面推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The approval and supervision is an important measure to realize the informatization of land consolidation project.This article takes approval and supervision system as objects,analyzes business process of land consolidation project from the system development background and practical needs,designs the structure and function of this system according to the user needs including the need of project management,the need of project statistics and the need of project appraisal in the practical work,illustrates the operator interface of the most important function modules of the system to verify the scientific and rationality and the characteristics and innovation of the system.The system realizes the informatization of land consolidation management,and improves work efficiency and scientific level of the land consolidation management.更多还原
