【摘要】 本研究以北京大学作为国内一流大学的案例,通过理论分析、访谈和小范围试测,编制了"北京大学在职专任教师教学现状及其发展调查问卷",并在全体教师群体内开展调查,多维度反映北京大学教师的教学现状。研究发现,北京大学教师教学总体现状良好,在性别和教龄上呈现教学水平的显著差异,学历与职称不是影响教师教学水平高低的显著因素。教学态度、教学投入时间与教学学术水平呈现正相关。教学生态对教学现状与教师发展影响重大。研究建议,应对制度进行改革和设计,构建良好的教学生态环境;教学改革应坚持多元化的理念;追求卓越的教与学,坚持"以学定教"的原则;加强教师之间的交流,提供多样化的教学资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a case study of Peking University as the domestic first-class university,this paper draws up " Questionnaire on Teaching Status and Development of Working Full-time Teacher in Peking University" through theoretical analysis,interviews and small-scale pilot tests,and conducts a survey on all the teachers,reflecting the teachers’ teaching status of Peking University in various dimensions. This study found that the overall teaching status of Peking University presents a good condition,shows a significant difference in teaching performance with regard to gender and teaching years,education background and professional title is not the significant factors influencing teachers’ teaching level. Teaching attitude and teaching time are positively correlated with teaching academic level. Teaching ecology has great influence on teaching status and teacher development. This paper proposes that we should reform and design the system and build good teaching ecological atmosphere; adhere to the concept of diversification in teaching reform; teaching decided by learning is the principle what should be insisted; exchanges between teachers should be strengthened and diversified teaching resources should be offered.更多还原
