【摘要】 总结了河内市的城市公共交通发展历程,分析了城市轨道交通规划和发展战略,通过研究河内城市公共交通和其他交通方式衔接的现状和问题,针对城市机动车爆发现象,提出建设城市交通一体化体系,实现轨道交通和其他交通方式衔接的"门到门"模式。要重视发展城市公共交通系统,特别是轨道交通建设。从符合河内城市交通方式的视角看,应把步行和自行车交通作为城市交通的基础层次,加强"门到门"的换乘出行,提高城市公共交通系统(包括轨道交通)和慢行交通(步行加自行车)的衔接。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the development of urban public transport in Hanoi is summarized,the planning and development strategies of urban rail transit are analyzed. Base on a study of problems like traffic connection betw een public transport and other transportation means in the rapid motorlazaition era of Hanoi,the development of integrated urban transport system is proposed,w hich aims at "door to door "transfer mode betw een mass transit and other means of urban transportation,and the key point is the construction of public transport system,especially urban rail transit. From the perspective of green transportation system,pedestrian and bicycle mode shall be taken as the basic level of ubran transportation,the "door to door"transfer trip shall be strengthened to improve the integration of urban public transportation( including rail transit),w ith non-motorized transportion( pedestrian + bike).更多还原
