【摘要】 论述了广州地铁一体化项目管理平台的规划、建设和应用,对轨道交通工程建设规范化、标准化、精细化、信息化管理的创新思路进行了分析。坚持业务主管部门主导、系统持续优化和应用管理相结合的原则,以用促改,人与系统能较快、较好地融合。在平台的规划和建设过程中运用了最新的IT技术,考虑了国家、省、市对轨道交通工程建设的要求,具有良好的可扩展性、可移植性、可适应性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiences of the planning,construction and application of integrated project management platform( IPMP) in Guangzhou metro are discribed,the innovative ideas in the normalization,standardization,refinement and information management of rail transit project construction are analyzed. In the planning and construction of IPMP,the dominanceof operation chief department,the combination of continuous system improvement and practical management shall be persisted with the adoption of the latest IT technology,in order to preserve further extendibility,transferability and adaptability.更多还原
