【摘要】 城市轨道交通车站直接为乘客提供设施与服务,因此其运营管理是城市轨道交通运营管理的关键之一。分析了设施条件、乘客规模与类型、区位环境等对运营管理的影响,并基于此提出高架车站、枢纽车站、特殊区位车站等几类车站在运营管理方面的需求。对城市轨道交通规划、设计及管理阶段值得关注和考虑的问题分别提出建议,以求在提高城市轨道交通系统为乘客所提供的服务质量的同时,保障城市轨道交通运营管理部门的工作效率,从而能更好地提高城市轨道交通系统承受和应对各类异常事件的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban rail transit station provides facilities and services to passengers directly,its operation and management is a key problem in the whole operation of transit system. Several impactive factors to station operation and management: facilities condition,scale and types of passengers,location and surroundings are analyzed in this paper. On this basis,the operation and management needs of some specific stations are proposed,including the elevated station,rail transit hub and stations built in specific locations. Finally,some issues from the angles of quality and service level are considered in the planning,design and management periods,to ensure the effectiveness of rail transit operation and management departments,enhance the ability of the station and the whole system in receiving and handling all kinds of incidents.更多还原
