轨道交通车辆车门远程监控系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Vehicle Door Remote Monitoring System for Rail Transit
【摘要】 针对轨道交通车辆中车门系统的安全运行问题,设计并实现了一套集前端采集、无线传输和后台处理功能为一体的远程监测系统。通过位于每节车厢中的车载前端装置,完成对门系统的状态及故障信息进行实时收集、解析、存储等功能;并通过无线信道将上述信息上传至位于远端的监测中心,由监测中心完成数据的接收、存储、显示和统计功能。在南京地铁2号线上的装车测试结果表明,该系统能很好地完成上述功能,提高了车门系统的可靠性。
【Abstract】 Aiming to solve the safety problem of vehicle doors in rail transit system,an all-in-one remote monitoring system is designed and implemented,which includes the front-end monitoring, wireless transmission and background processing.Vehicle doors state and fault information is collected in real-time at the front-end device which is installed in every coach,then the collected information is stored,analyzed,and enveloped for wireless transmission to the remote monitoring center.At the monitoring center,packets are received,stored and unpacked for background processing,such as displaying and statistics.The reliability of this system is verified by a test on Nanjing metro Line 2,it shows that this system can improve the safety of vehicle doors in rail transit system with good performance.
