【摘要】 目的分析广州市老年人高敏C反应蛋白(CRP)数值,探讨其参考值范围。方法对来自广州社区的相对健康329老年人采用透射比浊法进行CRP的检测,对检测结果作统计学分析。结果在总体人群中CRP检测值(单位mg/L)为2.91±1.78,其在不同性别有明显差异(总体人群中男女分别为3.15±1.82和2.20±2.08,小于65岁组中两者分别为3.15±1.93和2.17±2.11(n=58),大于65岁两者则分别为3.21±1.95和2.25±2.18,P均<0.05)。结论建议对不同性别的老年人采用不同的参考值范围,本文结论还需更大样本的社区人群予以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the level of high-sensitive C-reaction protein(CRP) of elderly people in Guangzhou,and investigate its reference range. Methods 329 cases of elderly people from community in Guangzhou were selected, their serum levels of high-sensitive c-reactive protein were measured by nephelometry. Then analysised the results by statistics. Results The level of hs-CRP was(2.91±1.78)mg / L in the general population, which has significant difference between two genders [the value between male and female were(3.15±1.82)mg / L vs.(2.20±2.08)mg / L]. While The values in group of people less than 65years-old were(3.15± 1.93)mg / L vs.(2.17± 2.11)mg / L(n=58), and in group of people older than 65 years-old were 3.21± 1.95 vs. 2.25± 2.18, P<0.05. Conclusion It is suggest that better take different reference range for male and female in elderly people.But that need larger samples to be verified.更多还原
