番禺明代古尸骨骸鉴定和塑化保存的研究

【摘要】 目的对广东番禺儿童公园发现明代古墓中出土一具人骨遗骸进行人类学鉴定和塑化保存。方法根据遗骸各相关骨块的结构标志、牙齿磨耗程度、长骨的长度等特征,按邵象清、吴汝康等的人体测量方法,对其年龄、性别、身长等分别进行鉴定;并采用生物塑化技术对该古尸骨骸进行塑化保存。结果此人骨骸为女性,年龄在60~65岁,身高约为155~160 cm,经塑化保存3个月来效果良好。结论该古尸骨骸的鉴定和塑化保存对研究广州市番禺明代社会发展,增强广州市精神文化建设软实力,增添了不可再生的文物资料和历史见证。生物塑化技术是长期保存出土古尸骨骸的有效途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To identify and preserve the unearthed bones of Ming Dynasty in Chinadren Park of Panyucity.Methods The Anthropologicphysique measuqement established by Shao Shangqing and Wu Rukang were used to identify the sex,age and length according to the bonymarks, the teeth characteristics and length of the long bone. The biological plastication method was carried out to preserve the bones from the ancient tomb of Ming Dynasty. Results The human remains was a woman,60 to 65 years old, about 158 cm height. The unearthed bones have been preserved in a good condition. Conclusion The idendification and preservation of the unearthed bones play an important role in studying the social development in Ming Dynasty in Panyu city and the biological plastication method is an effective way to presveveunearthed human bones for long time.
