【摘要】 目的探索白细胞介素-8(IL-8)-251T>A单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)与原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)发病风险的关系。方法从165例HCC患者和210例健康对照者外周血中提取DNA,采用TaqMan商业探针检测IL-8-251T>A基因型和等位基因。结果乙肝病毒(HBV)携带者的HCC发病率较高;IL-8-251T>A等位基因A和基因型AA与HCC发病风险也存在相关性。结论本研究表明,IL-8-251T>A单核苷酸多态性可以作为有效预测HCC发病风险的诊断标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigated the possible association between the single-nucleotide polymorphism of IL-8-251T>A and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) risk. Methods DNA from 165 patients with HCC and 210 healthy controls was typed for- 251T>A in IL-8 gene by TaqMan assays. Results The incidence of HCC in HBV carriers is higher than that in controls.Allele A and genotype AA of IL-8-251 T>A were associated with HCC risk. Conclusion The present study suggested that polymorphism of IL-8-251 T>A was useful diagnostic biomarker to predict the HCC risk.更多还原
