负载型活性碳纤维低温脱硝性能的研究

【摘要】 文章对氨气和浸渍法负载金属氧化物活性碳纤维(ACF)低温脱硝氧化氮的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:V2O5/ACF的烟气脱硝效果优于WO5/ACF;V2O5最佳负载率为5%,催化剂用量越多,脱硝效果越好;温度在120~160℃时,升高温度对脱硝效果影响不大,而温度在160~240℃时,温度升高有利于提高脱硝率。

【Abstract】 Denitrification of nitric oxide(NO) in fume at low-temperatures by selective catalytic reduction(SCR) with ammonia and activated carbon fiber(ACF) coated with metal oxides by pore volume impregnation was investigated in this study.Experiments showed that denitrification with V2O5/ACF was better than with WO5/ACF,and the optimum mass fraction of V2O5 supported on ACF was 5 %.It was evident that the more catalysts on the ACF the higher rates of denitrification.Within the temperature range of 120~160 ℃,increasing temperature had little effects on the denitrification.But between 160~240 ℃,higher temperatures seemed to favor the denitrification.
