【摘要】 利用浇筑平板法和平板划线法分别得到两种工艺各反应器中所含的菌种,并对其形态特征进行鉴定,然后通过摇瓶发酵实验得到较好降解KNR染料的优势菌种。结果表明:A/O部分回流工艺与全回流工艺各反应器中的优势菌种不尽相同。

【Abstract】 Using pouring plate method and flat crossed method,strains were obtained in hydrolytic acidification tank and aerobic tank of both processes respectively,and its morphological characteristics were identified.Then advantages bacteria were obtained which can be better in degradation of KNR dye by fermentation experiments.The results showed that the advantage bacteria of A/O partial and total reflux process in each reactor were different.
