LNG冷箱并联管路气液两相流量均布特性研究
Study on the Gas Liquid Two Phase Flow Distribution Characteristics in Parallel Pipes of LNG Cold Box
【摘要】 采用VOF两相流模型模拟研究了气液两相流在并联管路中的流量均布特性。结果表明:两相的流量均布性随体积含气率的增加呈现先降低后提高的趋势。在一定的速度范围内,增加两相的流速可以提高两相流量的均布性。水平上进下出和垂直向下流入的管路布置方式更加有利于并联管路流量的均布性。
【Abstract】 Used the VOF two-phase model to simulate the two-phase flow distribution characteristics in the parallel pipes. It is found that, with the increasing of the gas volume rate, the trend of the two phase flow distribution uniformity is first improving then deteriorating. Increasing the two phase flow velocity can improve the two phase flow distribution uniformity within a scope of a certain speed. The piping arrangement methods of lever from up to down and vertically downward flow are more conducive to the flow distribution uniformity of parallel pipes.
