宣纸木质素的成分及结构测定

【摘要】 文章采用化学分析法与仪器分析法相结合,对宣纸生产过程中分离得到的木质素的成分与结构进行了研究,结果表明:宣纸木质素中水分含量为8.80%,总酚含量为7.10%,总糖含量为23.91%;提纯后,木质素含量为14.86%;未提纯的木质素灰分含量为3.45%,提纯后提高至25.87%;未提纯的木质素酸不溶木质素含量为14.68%,提纯后提高至69.58%;未提纯酸溶木质素含量为14.25%;分别对宣纸木质素中的甲氧基,醇羟基,酚羟基含量进行了测定,含量分别为16.32%,4.00%,7.10%;用凝胶色谱法对分子量进行测定得,数均分子量为2467.6,质均分子量为3905.6,多分散系数为1.583,分子量分布较窄;对宣纸木质素进行抗氧化性测定得,其抗氧化性较强,与维生素C相比较弱。

【Abstract】 The chemical analysis method and instrument analysis method were adopted in the determination of the component and structure oh lignin,which was seperated from xuan paper. The results showed that the moisture of lignin was 8.80 %, the content of total phenol was 7.10 %, the content of sugar was 23.91 %; after purification, the content of lignin was 14.86 %; the ash content of unpurified lignin was 3.45 %, which increased to 25.87 % after purification; the acid-insoluble lignin content was 14.68 %, which increased to 69.58 % after purification; the acid-soluble lignin content was 14.25 %; respectively lignin in rice paper methoxy, alcoholic hydroxyl, a phenolic hydroxyl group content were determined contents were 16.32 %, 4.00 %, 7.10 %; molecular weight by GPC measurement was carried out, the number average molecular weight of 2467.6, 3905.6 mass average molecular weight and polydispersity coefficient of 1.583, the molecular weight narrow distribution; the oxidation resistance of rice paper lignin was determined, and its strong antioxidant is weak compared with vitamin C.
