鳕鱼皮胶原蛋白肽螯合镁工艺条件探究
Studies on the Reaction Conditions of Producing and Chelate of Collagen Peptide with Mg(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 以鳕鱼皮胶原蛋白肽作为原料,合成了鳕鱼皮胶原蛋白肽螯合镁,运用正交实验优选鳕鱼皮胶原蛋白肽螯合镁最佳实验条件。实验结果表明,鳕鱼皮胶原蛋白肽螯合镁最佳的实验条件是:镁盐与肽质量比为2∶1、反应时间为115 min、pH为7.5以及反应温度为70℃;采用水相合成法制备鳕鱼皮胶原蛋白肽螯合镁,以红外分光光谱对产物进行表征。
【Abstract】 The reaction conditions of producing the chelate of collagen peptide with Mg(Ⅱ) from the collagen peptide of cod fish were studied. In the experimental procedure of producing the chelate of collagen peptide with Mg(Ⅱ), the optimum condition were as follow: the quality ratio of collagen peptide and copper chloride is 2∶1; reactiontime, 115 min; pH=7.5; reaction temperature, 70 ℃. Using the water-phase peptide synthesis about the preparation of the chelate of collagen peptide with Mg(Ⅱ) is analyzed by IR spectroscopic methods.
