【摘要】 按照"卓越计划"的特点及其对学生和学校的要求,针对目前教学管理思想、教学管理组织、教学管理体系和学生管理工作等教学管理模式在"卓越计划"人才培养上存在的主要问题,提出了通过更新教学管理理念,加强教学过程管理;建立健全严格的教学管理制度,特别是"校院系"三级教学管理模式;探索学生企业培养阶段的教学管理模式与运行机制;创新学生实习实训评价体系;建立"卓越计划"学生选拨机制,实现"卓越计划"教学管理模式的改革与创新,形成与"卓越计划"培养模式和课程教学体系相适用的教学与学生管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of "Excellence Program"(EP) and the request for students and schools,the perfect strict regulations of teaching management,especially the three level teaching management mode of "school,institute and departments",are set up by updating the teaching management ideas,strengthen the management of teaching process,aiming at the existing main problems of the teaching management model of the present teaching management idea,teaching management organization,teaching management system and the student management work in the talent training of EP. The reform and innovation of teaching management mode about "Excellence Program" is realized,and the teaching and student management pattern suitable for the training mode and course teaching system about EP is formed by exploring the teaching management mode and operation mechanism of the cultivating stages of enterprise,innovating the evaluation system of students practice and establishing the mechanism of choosing students about EP.更多还原
