基于绿色化学理念的《胶黏剂与涂料》教学改革

【摘要】 对《胶黏剂与涂料》课程进行了"绿色化学"化教学改革。采取的措施有(1)在绪论课引入"绿色化学",使学生树立"绿色化学化工"观念;(2)在胶黏剂的合成设计中渗透绿色化学理念;(3)强调多开发使用天然绿色胶黏剂;(4)强调科学地使用胶黏剂;(5)在实验教学中,提倡半微量化操作模式,进行微型化改进。通过这一系列措施在胶黏剂与涂料教学中引入并强化绿色化学理念,使学生在以后的工作中运用该理念,做到绿色环保、节能减排。

【Abstract】 "green chemistry" teaching reform was carried out in "adhesives and coatings" course. The following measures are adopted:(1) "green chemistry" was introduced into the course, the students were enabled to form the concept of "green chemistry",(2) the idea of "green chemistry" was infiltrated in the design of synthetic adhesive,(3) multiple development and using natural green adhesive were emphasized,(4) the scientific, rational use of adhesive was emphasized,(5) the half micro operation mode and miniaturization were advocated and improved in the experimental teaching. Through a series of measures introduced in the adhesives and coatings and strengthen the concept of green chemistry in the teaching, students will use "green chemistry" idea in the future work to realize the green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction.
