油热固相反应制备纳米Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4铁氧体
Preparation of Nanosized Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4 Ferrite By Oil-heating Solid State Reaction
【摘要】 将在气泡液膜中进行共沉淀反应制得的Ni-Zn-Fe氢氧化物的螺旋状分子簇前驱体,在白油中于240℃进行油热反应,大量制得尖晶石型晶体结构的纳米Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4铁氧体。在油热反应过程中没有观察到溶解-结晶现象,提出了氢氧化物脱水,氧化物分子自组装的油热固相反应。
【Abstract】 Nanosized Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4 ferrite with spinel crystal structure was prepared by oil-heating reaction of Ni-Zn-Fe hydroxide with the microstructure of a large amount of spiral molecular clusters as the precursor. The oil-heating reaction of the precursor in white oil at 240 ℃ was performed. Through process of the oil-heating reaction any dissolution of the precursor had been not observed. The oil-heating solid state reaction including the dehydrations of the three hydroxides and the molecular self-assembling of nascent ZnO, NiO and Fe2O3 had been suggested.
