目标导向差异化多组织在协同创新中的绩效贡献度分析

【摘要】 本文重点探讨目标导向差异化的多组织间协同创新问题,探索多组织协同创新内在机理,并运用结构方程模型揭示目标导向差异化多组织在协同创新过程中的绩效贡献度;对我国31个省市进行了实证分析,结论是企业、高校、科研机构、政府和中介服务机构的科技活动行为都对科技成果产出产生正向影响,其中高校和科研机构对科技成果产出的影响较大;企业和中介服务机构对科技成果产业化的影响较大;科技成果的产出和科技成果的产业化对协同创新绩效均有正向影响,科技成果产业化的影响较大。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the different goal-oriented issue of multi-organizational collaborative innovation and explores the internal mechanism of multi-organizational collaborative innovation,using the structural equation modeling to reveal the performance contribution of different goal-oriented multi-organization in collaborative innovation process.Taking China’s 31 provinces and cities as objectives foe an empirical analysis,the conclusion is that the scientific and technological activities of enterprises,universities,research institutions,government and intermediary service agencies have a positive impact on the output of scientific and technological achievements,especially of the universities and research institutions.Enterprises and intermediary service agencies have a great impact on the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.The output of scientific and technological achievements and the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements have a positive impact on the collaborative innovation performance,especially of the industrialization of scientific and technological a chievements.
