【摘要】 本研究通过对科研不端行为背后的科学精神及科学家伦理失灵现象的分析,结合国内外相关研究中涉及到的制度工具以及科研不端行为的概念界定,对若干科研合作纠纷案例和典型事件进行了针对性的考察分析,区分了10种涉及到个人之间、机构之间的合作纠纷行为,针对各种科研合作纠纷的本质,尝试给出了四种制度性策略建议,提出在大规模的科研合作时代,制约科研不规范行为的制度环境建设非常重要,需要科研团队、管理机构与社会共同为此做出努力和贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study analyzes the spirit of science and scientist ethical failures behind the phenomenon of research misconduct,combining the institutional tools involved in domestic and foreign research and the concept definition of research misconduct so as to study some scientific research cooperation disputes and typical events.This research makes the distinctions between ten kinds of cooperation disputes,and tries to give four kinds of institutional strategies through the nature of these research cooperation disputes.The paper also proposes that in an era full of large-scale scientific research cooperation,it is important to build the institutional environment which can restrict irregular research behavior.Therefore,scientific research teams,management institutions and the society should make joint efforts and contributions to it.更多还原
