基于分类基因的非常规突发事件免疫风险识别模型
The Immunologic Risk Identification Model of Unconventional Emergency Based on Classified Genes
【摘要】 运用免疫学基因理论研究非常规突发事件识别问题,构建了突发事件免疫风险识别框架,建立了基于信息熵的免疫风险识别器模型,在突发事件分类免疫基因假设的基础上进行了突发事件信息免疫模拟,总结出各类事件在显性概率、变异概率以及能量的阈值,并将单一的能量指标转化为分类信息,揭示了突发事件分类信息映射关系,研究显示非常规突发事件存在较多问题信息,但大多隐藏于大量的可控信息与可辨信息中,并通过案例分析验证了模型的科学性。模型的应用有利于对非常规突发事件的预测识别,更有利于免疫系统与非常规突发事件进行更深层次的学科融合。
【Abstract】 Immunology gene theory is introduced into the unconventional emergency identification. Immune identification framework of emergency risk is proposed. Under the framework,threshold on dominant probability,variation probability and energy are summarized through immune identification simulation based on information entropy and classified genes. In addition,single energy index is transformed into classified information and the mapping relationship between classified information and unconventional emergency is presented. The results indicate that unconventional emergency occupied relative more problem information mixed in massive manageable information and discernable information. The scientificity of the model is proved by case analysis. The application of this model will enhance unconventional emergency prediction and strengthen the integration of abnormal emergency and immune system.
