单级回热器变工况优化设计
Optimization Design on Single Stage Regenerators for Various Working Conditions
【摘要】 通过回热器数值计算程序REGEN深入理解回热器模型,计算回热器内部各项损失。基于各参数间的强弱关系讨论了回热器的优化设计流程。在此基础上,针对35 K、60 K和80 K温区及30~300 Hz频率,给出了回热器中质量流量、长度、填料以及充气压力对制冷效率COP的影响关系图,以期对回热器的工程实践提供指导。
【Abstract】 Based on regenerator program REGEN,deep understanding of the regenerator was gained,and various kinds of losses inside a regenerator were calculated.An optimization design process was proposed based on dependency relationships between different parameters.On this basis,optimization calculations were carried out,variations of COP along with mass flow rate,regenerator length,matrix and charging pressure were obtained with the frequency from 30 to 300 Hz for 35 K,60 K and 80 K cold temperature respectively.This is expected to provide convenient reference for practical design of regenerators.
