液氢温区高频脉冲管制冷机蓄冷器研究
Experimental Study on Regenerator Materials of Pulse Tube Refrigerator Working at 20 K Liquid Hydrogen Temperature
【摘要】 液氢温区制冷机蓄冷器材料的选择对制冷机的性能具有重要的影响。本文开展了液氢温区低温蓄冷材料的实验研究,系统研究了Pb球、Er3Ni、HoCu2、高目数不锈钢丝网等多种蓄冷材料对高频脉冲管制冷机的影响。实验测试结果表明,不锈钢丝网的实验效果仍为最佳;而Er3 Ni的实验效果接近不锈钢丝网;Pb球作为几种蓄冷材料中比热容最高的材料,实验结果却是最差的;本文对此实验现象进行了分析和解释,以便为高频制冷机中蓄冷器材料的选择提供有益的指导和帮助。
【Abstract】 The choice of regenerator materials influences the performance of refrigerator working at liquid hydrogen temperature(LHT) significantly.Here,we report on a detailed study in various kinds of regenerator materials working at LHT,such as lead spheres,Er3Ni,HoCU2,and high-mesh number stainless steel(SS) and their influences on the performance of Stirling-type pulse tube refrigerator.The results show that SS perform best;the Er3Ni shows the potential to approach the effect of SS.What is more,lead sphere,whose heat capacity is the largest of the materials in use,show the worst results surprisingly.To clarify the results and sum up a guide line for future experiments,we carry a systematic experiment and try to make a possible interpretation.
