相变过程向量空间法及其在故障诊断中的应用
Fault Direction Space Method for Phase Transition and Its Application in Fault Diagnosis
【摘要】 为了保证空调制冷系统安全、节能地运行,对空调制冷系统进行故障诊断十分必要。向量空间法与传统的故障诊断方法相比具有物理意义明确,诊断准确性高等优点。但对于蒸发器冷凝器这类相变换热器的向量空间法故障诊断还没有相关研究,本文将向量空间法应用于制冷系统的故障诊断,确定了蒸发器冷凝器的特征值计算方式,并进行了故障实验模拟,验证了其有效性和准确性。
【Abstract】 In order to insure the refrigerating and air conditioning system is running safely and efficiently,fault diagnosis is very necessary.Compared with traditional fault diagnosis method,FDSM has more advantages such as definite physical meaning and high diagnostic accuracy.There are few research about FDSM for phase transition exchanger,such as evaporator and condenser.This article offers a new fault detection and diagnosis method for refrigerating system with FDSM.We defined the formula modes of evaporator’s and condenser’s eigenvalues,and a fault simulation is carried out to verify its validity and accuracy.
