湿法脱汞吸收液膜电解再生过程研究

【摘要】 燃煤烟气中单质汞Hg~0具有高蒸汽压力和低溶解性,需要使用氧化剂把其氧化并吸收到溶液中,但成本较高.对于用NaClO脱汞的溶液进行膜电解,不仅可以提取汞单质,还可以实现吸收液的再生,降低湿法脱汞的成本。本文分析了电解原理并进行了循环伏安特性测试,确定了电解的电极电势,在H型电解槽中测试了不同反应条件对电解电流效率的影响,为该技术的工业应用提供数据参考。

【Abstract】 With high steam pressure and low solubility,the Hg° in coal flue gas needs to be oxidized and absorbed in the solution,but the cost is very high.With the membrane electrolysis of mercury removal liquid using NaCIO as oxidants,not only can we extract the elemental mercury,we will also realize the regeneration of the absorbing liquid.Thus,the cost of wet flue gas mercury removal is reduced.In our study,we analyzed the principle of electrolysis,tested the circulation volt-ampere characteristic,determined the electrolytic electrode potential and tested the effects of different reaction conditions on the electrolytic current efficiency in H-shape electrolytic bath,which provides reference for the industrial application of this technology.
