氧/燃料燃烧条件下方解石的转化行为
The Transformation Behavior of Calcite During Oxy-Fuel Combustion
【摘要】 将4563μm和90150μm的方解石矿物在空气与氧/燃料条件下进行沉降炉实验,研究了燃烧气氛、颗粒粒径以及SO2对方解石转化行为的影响。研究表明:方解石颗粒在氧/燃料燃烧条件下发生破碎,气氛中CO2浓度越高,方解石的破碎越弱;方解石样品粒径越大,破碎越明显。气氛中CO2的浓度越高,CaCO3的分解越弱,90150μm的方解石分解程度大于4563μm的方解石。气氛中存在体积分数为0.3%的SO2时,氧/燃料燃烧条件下CaSO4的生成量大于空气燃烧气氛,SO2的存在促进CaCO3的转化。
【Abstract】 The effects of oxy-fuel combustion,particle size and SO2 on the transformation behavior of calcite were investigated by experiments on a lab-scale drop tube furnace.Calcite samples of4563 μm and 90150 μm were treated under different combustion conditions.The results show that fragmentation of calcite samples takes place under oxy-fuel combustion.Particle fragmentation decreases with increasing CO2 concentration.The calcite fragmentation degree also increases with increasing sample particle size.The fraction of CaCO3 that is transformed decreases when the concentration of CO2 increases;it is higher for the sample of 90-150μm than that of 4563 um.When0.3%(volume fraction) SO2 is added into the atmosphere,the content of CaSO4 in the residues under oxy-fuel conditions is higher than air conditions.Moreover,the fraction of CaCO3 that is transformed under all conditions increases when SO2 is added.
