既有高层框剪结构阻尼墙减震加固设计与分析

【摘要】 某高层框剪结构进行局部功能改变,在新规范下结构的抗震能力出现不足。剪力墙水平抗剪及水平施工缝抗滑移不满足要求,底层剪力墙尤为严重。如采用常规的加大截面法进行加固,施工工期过长对商业运营影响巨大,而本文采用的粘滞阻尼墙减震方案能解决这一问题。本文分析了变化的附加阻尼与附加刚度对结构的影响。通过对该工程项目原结构、增设斜撑及增设斜撑和附加阻尼等工况的分析,提出了附加阻尼与附加刚度综合应用的减震方案,可有效地解决该结构在新规范下抗震源能力不足的问题。

【Abstract】 The seismic ability of an existing frame-wall structure is not content with the code requirement for functional changes. The shear wall presents lack of anti-shear capacity and anti-slip capacity of horizontal construction joint,especially the shear wall of the first floor. The traditional section increasing method needs long time for business operation. However,the scheme using viscous damper wall in this paper can solve the problem. The seismic response of the structure is analyzed by adding different additional damping and additional stiffness. Base on the analysis and checking calculation of the original structure,the structure with diagonal brace and the structure with both diagonal brace and damper,the method both adding additional damping and additional stiffness is put forward. The insufficient seismic ability of structure can be solved. This project can provide a reference for the retrofit design of similar structure.
