7.22地震灾后农村房屋震害调查与分析

【摘要】 基于岷县漳县6.6级地震后受灾区域农村房屋震害调研,对灾区农村土木结构、砖木结构、砖土木混合结构及砖混结构房屋进行了震损统计与机理分析。分析发现:灾区农村大多数土木结构房屋完全倒塌,部分房屋多面墙体倒塌或屋面坍塌,但木骨架未倒,体现了木结构较好的耗能性;砖土木混合结构受力体系混乱,屋面、不同材料的墙体和柱之间无可靠连接,破坏严重;榫卯连接不好的砖木结构屋面破坏严重,抗震构造措施合理的砖木结构和砖混结构基本完好或轻微破坏。根据不同结构房屋的破坏机理与当地经济水平、材料资源供应条件,得出传统土木结构已不适合在山区农村推广,构造合理的砖木结构和砖混结构仍然是山区农村房屋灾后重建较为理想的结构形式。

【Abstract】 According to the investigation on seismic damage of rural buildings by the Zhangxian,Minxian Ms6. 6 earthquake,seismic damage statistics and mechanism analysis of the civil structure,masonry-timber structure,mixed structure,and masonry-concrete structure buildings are conducted in this paper. It is concluded that in the rural buildings of disaster area,traditional civil wooden skeleton structure did not pour,most of the wall and roof are collapsed; mixed structure stress system chaos,the roof and wall by different materials and column connectionless are badly damaged; the damage of masonry-timber structure roof with mortise and tenon joint connectionless is serious; the masonry-timber structures and masonry-concrete structure with reasonable seismic construction measures are intact or slightly damaged. Considering local economic level and material resources,the traditional civil builidings are not suitable for rural promotion in the mountain area,masonry-timber structure and masonry-concrete structure are the reasonable structure of post-disaster reconstruction ideal in the mountain area.
