【摘要】 当前我国成人高等教育面临着办学定位不够准确、教育特色不够鲜明、人才培养具体实施中急功近利和教育质量令人担忧等问题。这些问题的成因有:成人高等教育尚处于弱势地位,教师精力投入不足,教育质量评价失之偏颇,教育理论研究薄弱等。在职业发展视阈下,成人高等教育人才培养方案改革的基本途径是:更新人才培养理念,契合成人学员的职业发展心理构建多元化的教学模式,满足成人学员的职业发展需求;拓展德育教育模式,培育成人学员的职业发展精神和职业道德素养;强化校企合作,夯实成人学员的职业发展道路等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,there are some problems in adult higher education,such as the inaccuracy of schoolrunning orientation,the indistinct characteristic,the hasty talent cultivation process,and the low quality.The causes of these problems are as follows:the adult higher education lies in a feeblish position,with little energy of the teachers,inaccurate quality estimate,and unsubstantial theory research.Based on occupation development,the reform approaches of the talent cultivation scheme of adult higher education are to renovate the concept of talent cultivation in accordance with the mentality of adult students,to establish diversified teaching patterns for the occupation development of adult students,to consummate the teaching patterns of moral education,the spirit and quality of adult students,and to intensify the cooperation between institutes and enterprises for the development of adult students.更多还原
