【Abstract】 Emulsion explosive is the main variety of industrial explosives in China.The emulsion process was the key process that had been concluded based on the analysis of more than ten accidents in the process of emulsion explosive production.Based on the existing safety interlock function and emulsifier vibration monitoring,enhancing self-inspection and auto-diagnosis would make a better contribution to the production safety,and the application of pre-emulsion and static emulsion technology would greatly promote the intrinsic safety in the production.更多还原
