IL-23R rs17375018单核苷酸多态性与广西肝癌人群的相关性
The single nucleotide polymorphism of the IL-23R gene rs17375018 is associated with hepatocellular carcinoma in Guangxi
【摘要】 目的探讨IL-23R基因单核苷酸多态性与广西肝癌人群的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法对270例肝癌患者和251例对照者的IL-23R rs17375018位点进行基因分型,分析其基因型、等位基因频率与肝癌的关系。结果 IL-23R rs17375018位点G等位基因频率在肝癌组与对照组中的分布差异有统计学意义(OR=1.362,95%CI:1.002~1.851,P=0.049)。结论 IL-23R rs17375018位点的G等位基因可能与广西肝癌人群发病相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between the polymorphism of IL-23R gene rs17375018 loci and hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) in Guangxi. Methods The rs17375018 loci was analyzed by restriction fragment length poly( PCR-RFLP) in 270 patients with HCC and 251 healthy individuals. Results There was significant different distribution of the frequency of G alleles of IL-23R gene rs17375018 in Guangxi between HCC patients and normal controls( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The rs17375018 of IL-23R gene is associated with susceptibility HCC in Guangxi.
