【摘要】 为研究北京市土地集约利用与经济协调发展的关系,运用熵值法确定土地集约利用与经济发展各指标的权重,并通过协调模型对北京市2001—2012年土地集约利用与经济协调发展进行评价。结果表明:1)2001—2007年,相对经济发展来说,土地集约利用滞后,2008—2012年与之相反;2)北京市土地集约利用与经济发展的协调度与协调发展度在空间上分布一致;3)北京市2001—2012年协调发展度变化比较明显,跨越5种类型,且整体处在上升的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the relationship of urban land intensive use and economic development in Beijing,the authors confirmed the weights of various indexes by using entropy method,then evaluated the coordination level of land intensive use and economic in Beijing during 2001-2012 by using the coordination model.The results showed that:1)Relative to economic development,land intensive use was lagging behind from 2001 to 2007,but to the contrary from 2008 to 2012;2)The coordinated degree and the coordinated development degree on the spatial distribution were consistent;3)The change of the coordinated development degree from 2001 to 2012in Beijing was noticeable.They spanned five types,showing an upward trend in overall.更多还原
