【摘要】 农村富余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移是我国现代化建设的必由之路,西部地区农村人口比重大而工业化和城市化发展滞后,成为我国农村劳动力转移的难点和关键。西部地区农村劳动力转移有自身的特征,并随宏观经济、社会及政策环境的变化而发生演变。以西部农村劳动力转移大省四川为例,立足于较长时间跨度和较大规模的实地调研,从转移农村劳动力的规模比重、属性特征、从业状况、带眷转移、回乡创业、区域流向等方面论述了20世纪90年代以来西部农村劳动力转移演变的基本态势,分析了这些演变对相关区域经济社会发展产生的影响,提出了促进当前西部农村劳动力持续有效转移的对策方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the only way in modernization construction of our country that rural surplus labors transfer to non-agriculture sectors and towns.With numerous rural population and less development of industrialization and urbanization,the western region become a difficulty and key area of rural labors transfer in China.The rural labors transfer in western region has its own characters,and with the change of economic and social environment and national policies and systems,it constantly evolves.Taking Sichuan as an example and based on a long period and a large scale spot investigation,the authors discussed the main evolving trends of rural labors transfer in western region since the 1990 sfrom multiple aspects including the proportion,attribute features,employment situation,carrying household,returning to hometown and pioneering business and regional flows of transferring rural labors.Furthermore,the authors analyzed the possible influences that the evolvement of rural labors transfer produce to economic and social development in related region,and put forward the countermeasures that various ways which is adapt to different areas and different transferring rural labors should be taken to promote a sustained and effective transfer of rural labors in western region.更多还原
