不同高粱种质资源形态多样性及其形态标记聚类分析

【摘要】 为高粱种质资源的创新利用及新品种选育提供依据,选择11项形态性状指标作为形态鉴定参数,对收集的94份高粱种质进行相关性状考查及鉴定,采用DPS软件对形态标记数据进行聚类分析。结果表明:94份高粱种质的株高、茎粗、节间长、叶面积、主穗长、千粒重、单穗粒重等形态数量性状差异较大,穗型的紧凑型占52.13%,穗形的纺锤形占77.66%,颖壳色的褐色占52.13%;在欧氏距离4.81处,可将94份种质分成3类,其中第1类88份,第2类4份,第3类仅2份。选择与高粱种质性状特性密切相关的形态指标作为鉴定参数可对高粱种质资源进行初步筛选与鉴定。

【Abstract】 To provide a reference for creative utilization and new cultivar breeding of sorghum germplasms,the related traits of 94sorghum germplasms from home and abroad were examined and identified by selected 11 morphological markers indices as morphological identification parameters,and DPS(a data processing software)was used for data clustering analysis.The results showed that the morphological quantitative traits of the 94sorghum germplasms,including plant height,stem diameter,internode length,leaf area,main ear length,thousand kernel weight and grain weight per spike,varied much,compact ear type,fusiform spike shape and brown shell accounted for 52.13%,77.66% and 52.13% respectively;94sorghum germplasms could be divided into three categories at Euclidean distance of4.81.The first category contained 88 germplasms,the second category contained 4germplasms,and third category contained only 2germplasms.It is feasible that selecting the morphological traits indicators of related closely with sorghum germplasm characteristics as identified parameters use to preliminary screen and identify sorghum germplasms.
