实践教学环节中“小教员”运用的研究
Applied Research of "Little Teacher" in Practice Teaching Link
【摘要】 利用实践技能中掌握较好的学员对其他学员进行指导,是一种提高实践教学效果的有效手段。针对公安海警学院课程设置实际,在长期教学实践经验积累的基础上,提出该手段的具体运用方法。
【Abstract】 The use of students with good practical skill to instruct other students is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching. This paper puts forward concrete application method of using these students as little teachers in practical teaching.
