合金元素对D型石墨灰铸铁抗氧化性的研究

【摘要】 研究应用地方生铁,通过加入铝、钛的方法,在砂型中成功地制取了D型石墨铸铁.试验表明,铝、钛合金元素能促进形成组织细而密的D型石墨,从而提高的铸铁抗氧化性.同时,随着铝、钛合金元素加入量增加,铸铁表面将形成致密氧化层,防止内部氧化的发生,提高铸铁的抗氧化性.在600℃下氧化,D型石墨铸铁的含碳量为3.06%,含硅量为2.66%,含铝量为0.22%,含钛量为0.41%,抗氧化性最佳;而在900℃下氧化,其含碳量为3.06%,含硅量为1.73%,含铝量为0.09%,含钛量为0.41%,它的抗氧化性最佳.

【Abstract】 D- type graphite cast iron is a new engineering material. In this experiment,D- type graphite cast iron was attained successfully in sand mold by adding aluminum and titanium into our experimental material,which is local pig iron. Aluminum and titanium can promote the formation D-type graphite cast iron of fine and densetissue to improve the oxidation resistance. With the increase of alloying element,cast iron form compact oxidation layer in its surface to prevent the occurrence of internal oxidation to improve the oxidation resistance. The best is the group of carbon content of 3. 06%,silicon content of 1. 73%,aluminium content of 0. 22%,titanium content of 0. 41% at 600 ℃ oxidation. The best is the group of carbon content of 3. 06%,silicon content of 1. 73%,aluminium content of 0. 09%,titanium content of 0. 41% at 900 ℃ oxidation.
