纳米Cu的高分散制备及其对Cu/TiO2光催化分解水制氢性能的影响

【摘要】 利用光沉积法及浸渍法在P25上负载了纳米Cu颗粒,通过XRD、TEM、BET、TPx等手段对Cu在TiO2上的负载状态进行表征,并考察了光催化分解水制氢活性.结果表明:光沉积法比浸渍法负载的Cu具有更好的分散性,组成不同的Cu源的阴离子会导致负载在TiO2表面的Cu分散度不同并影响其光催化活性.以Cu(OAc)2为Cu源通过光沉积法制备的Cu/P25光催化活性最好,其中2%Cu/P25的产氢速率为782.2μmol/h,接近于Pt/P25的活性.

【Abstract】 Copper nanoparticles was loaded on the P25 by impregnation mothed and photodeposition mothed,respectively. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD,TEM,BET and TPx,and their activity was evaluated by photocatalytic hydrogen evolution from water splitting. Compared to impregnation mothed,the photodeposition mothed gave rise to high dispersion and uniformity of Cu nanoparticles on the surface of P25,and the photocatalytic activity and the dispersion were affected by different copper sources. It was found that Cu / P25 prepared with Cu( OAc)2by photodeposition had excellent photocatalytic activity,and the rate of hydrogen evolution on 2% Cu / P25 was 782. 2 μmol / h,being approaching to the activity of Pt / P25.
