【摘要】 劳工权益问题是当今社会关注的热点问题。随着传统维权方式程序复杂、维权效果差等弊端的日益显现,新媒体维权方式应运而生,从而给广大劳工打开了一条新的维权道路。文章主要采用问卷调查、案例分析相结合的研究方法,分析了新媒体在维权过程中的主要作用,如新媒体维权方便快捷、引起的社会反响大、维权成本低等。在此基础上,结合现阶段新媒体维权遇到的阻力,探索了劳工更好利用新媒体维权的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The issue of worker’s rights and interests is a hot point nowadays. As the disadvantages of traditional ways of safeguarding legal rights become more and more obvious,such as complicated in procedures and bad effectiveness,the way of safeguarding legal rights through new media arise,opening up a new road for the workers. This paper studies the four mainly advantages of safeguarding legal rights through new media: convenient,fast,great social response and low cost,using questionnaire survey and case analyzing.
