磁固相萃取用于环境污染物分离富集的新进展

【摘要】 磁固相萃取(MSPE)吸附剂具有比表面积大、磁性强、修饰方便、分离效率高、操作简便、可重复利用和环境友好等优点。本文介绍了各种MSPE材料的制备和表面改性方法,着重综述了一年多时间内MSPE在环境中多环芳烃、药物、农药、染料及中间体、邻苯二甲酸酯、多氯联苯、溴代阻燃剂、雌激素和有毒元素等污染物分析样品前处理中应用的最新进展,并对MSPE的发展前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Magnetic solid-phase extraction(MSPE)is one of the most important sample pretreatment techniques.The use of magnetic nanomaterial as adsorbent has gained more attention because the adsorbent combines numerous advantages such as large surface area,unique magnetic property,convenient functional modification,high separation efficiency,easy operation,high reusability and environmental friendliness.This review introduces the preparation and surface modification of the magnetic material,and focuses on the latest progress of the application of MSPE in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,drugs,pesticides,dyes and dye intermediates,phthalates,polychlorinated biphenyls,brominated flame retardants,estrogens,toxic elements and other environmental pollutants in the past one year.In addition,the prospect of MSPE has been discussed in this review.
