【Abstract】 Rawls’ justice theory is not immutable. Since being put forward,it has being developed along with argument. With his representative works : A theory of Justice,Political Liberalism and the Law of Peoples,Rawls’ justice theory could be divided into three main stages: universal justice stage based on A Theory of Justice,political justice stage based on Political Liberalism,global justice stage based on The Law of Peoples.
