【摘要】 运用SWOT分析法、文献资料法对我国高校高水平运动队的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁分别进行研究。结果发现,制约高校高水平运动队发展的根本并不是高校优质生源不足、学训矛盾尖锐、经费短缺等因素,而是体制制约。并提出今后高校高水平运动队发展的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary and SWOT analysis this paper discusses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of high level Sports Team in China colleges and universities. The results of this research find that it is not the lack of high-quality source of students,sharp contradiction between leaning and training and the shortage of funds that restrain the development of high level Sports Team but the system that regulates its growth. In this paper,also some suggestions for future development of high level Sports Team is included.更多还原
