高频超声在软组织损伤创道检查中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声在软组织损伤创道检查中的应用价值。方法应用高频超声对116例不同类型的软组织损伤进行检查,记录创道大小、形态、走行及内部回声特点,观察周围软组织损伤情况,检查创道及深部软组织内有无血肿及异物存留。结果 116例不同类型损伤高频超声检查,共发现骨骼肌肌腹部分性断裂64处(3处继发肌内血肿);肌腱断裂31处(部分断裂27处、完全断裂4处);假性动脉瘤2处;创伤性神经瘤17处;深部软组织异物存留11处。结论高频超声能清晰显示创道走行、准确测量其长度,亦可确认有无骨骼肌、肌腱、大动脉、神经损伤及异物存留,适宜在法医学人体损伤程度鉴定中选用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value that high frequency ultrasound examines the wound track of the soft tissue injury. Methods The high frequency ultrasound was performed on 116 various soft tissue injury patients,then we record the size,shape,pathway and internal echo of the wound track,examine the damage of surrounding soft tissue and make sure a hematoma or foreign body whether it exists or not. Results In this series of 116 patients,there were 64 partial ruptures of skeletal muscle,which three of them developed secondary intramuscular hematoma,31 ruptures of tendon,which 27 ruptures were partial and 4 ruptures were complete,2 pseudoaneurysms,17 traumatic neuromas and 11 foreign bodies existed in deep soft tissue. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is able to display the pathway of wound track and accurately measure its length,as well as check whether the soft tissue injury,including skeletal muscle,tendon,important artery and nerve,and foreign body existed or not. Therefore,high frequency ultrasound is extremely suitable for identification of human injury degree.
