碳钢在原油储罐沉积水中的电化学行为
Electrochemical Behavior of Carbon Steel in Sedimentary Water from Crude Oil Storage Tank
【摘要】 采用极化曲线法研究了碳钢在原油储罐沉积水及其模拟环境中的腐蚀电化学行为,并研究了沉积水中的主要成分、温度、pH对碳钢腐蚀的影响。结果表明,温度升高促进碳钢的腐蚀。碳钢在中性条件下易钝化,pH升高使碳钢的腐蚀速率下降;Cl-的存在促进了碳钢的腐蚀。HCO3-和SO42-分别和Cl-混合成溶液时,前者加速碳钢腐蚀,而后者则减缓碳钢腐蚀。
【Abstract】 Polarization curve method was used to explore the electrochemical behavior of carbon steel in sedimentary water on the floor of crude oil storage tank and its simulation environment,the effects of main ingredients of the sedimentary water,temperature and pH on the corrosion of carbon steel were studied.The results show that elevated temperature could promote the corrosion of carbon steel,the rate of corrosion was the lowest when pH was 7~8. The presence of Cl-could greatly contribute to the corrosion of carbon steel.HCO3-could accelerate corrosion of carbon steel and SO4 2-could slow down the rate of corrosion in their each mixed solution with Cl-.
