热层析成像技术在乳腺体检中的应用价值

【摘要】 目的:探讨热层析成像技术在乳腺体检中的应用价值。方法:应用热层析成像技术对19798例体检者进行乳腺红外扫描,对红外热图上存在异常高温区的受检者进行可疑区域的热层析分析,并获得相应部位的层析分析曲线,选取其中231例有活检病理结果的受检者为研究对象,将其热层析分析结果与活检病理结果进行Kappa一致性检验。结果:231例受检者的活检病理结果显示乳腺癌7例,良性病变224例,热层析分析结果显示15例恶性可疑,216例良性可疑,热层析分析法的诊断敏感度为85.7%,特异度为96.0%,准确度为95.7%。经Kappa一致性检验,热层析分析法与活检病理结果吻合度较好(k>0.4,P<0.01)。结论:热层析分析法能较准确地判断乳腺病变的良恶性,对于乳腺癌筛检有一定的指导作用,适用于体检科。

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the value of thermal tomography imaging system in diagnosing the breast diseases in physical examination.Methods:Using thermal tomography system infrared scanning of breast was performed in 19798cases of healthy check-up person.Thermal tomography analysis of suspicious areas was performed in cases with presence of abnormal high temperature areas and tomography analysis curve was obtained.Biopsy results from suspected areas were obtained from all 19798cases.Results:From 231cases with biopsy results,there were 7cases of breast cancer and 224cases of benign lesions.Through thermal tomography analysis,15cases were suspected malignant and 216cases were suspected benign.The sensibility,specificity and accuracy of thermal tomography analysis was 85.7%,96.0%and 95.7%respectively. Using kappaχ 2 test,there was good agreement of thermal tomography analysis with biopsy resules(k>0.4).Conclusion: The thermal tomography curve was well correlated to the biopsy results.The method proposed in our study is effective in distinguishing cancer from benign tumors.It is suitable for the department of physical examination.
